Security Film for windows
Has anyone ever contimplated putting security film on the windows as an extra deterrent in addition to an alarm. It dosnt seem to be that expensive.

Yeah, that stuff is for the home. You don't want to put it on your car windows. Think if you were in an accident and the door(s) won't open and the car is burning. You're gonna wish those windows didn't have that stuff on them.
fellas, that window film is not going to keep anyone out or you in your car. It's designed to keep flying glass from hitting you in the event of an accident or someone hitting your car with some type of object. btw all modern cars have what's called safety glass which does exactly what that film does. That stuff is basically for home use.
