after switching from regular 87 to premium 93. i would not use regular octane anymore, does anyone know if lower grade of gas can kill the pistons? by the way maxima recommendation is premium gasoline so why should we ruine the engine by throwing low grade of gas in the fuel tank. i did save few bucks in past without realising that i was hurting the performance.
