Fog lite bulb is out
Sylvania make the silverstar. I replaced the fog lights on my car with them and there is a noticable difference in the whiteness/brightness. The silverstars burn at approx. 4000 degrees kelvin and regular halogen in the range of 2800 - 3200 kelvin. I don't have the box anymore but I think the model number was H3T and they should cost about $15-$20 each. Just be careful not to touch the bulb cause it can cause a shorter life span or the bulb may even crack....
silverstars if you want cheap good replacements, HIDs if you wanna be ballin! lol, just remember to not touch the bulb, if you do, rubbing alcohol and lint free cloth (maybe a different cloth?).
If you already have HID, doing HID in the fogs, besides being a complete PITA is overkill IMO....In my experience every aftermarket colored H3 burned out in a month and I went back to stock cuz im sick of taking apart theintake to get at the bulb.
Mine went out to. Can someone pleaseeee put together a detailed instruction sheet the steps we need to do in order to access the fog bulbs to replace them? I know we need to remove the fluid resevoir and air filter housing but could someone clarify how to do this? I dont want to do it wrong or put it back together wrong....
Driver fog light out
I too just noticed that my driver side light is out. 9 months 20k miles and it is gone. I am looking in to alternate bulbs. The OEM do not do much. I only use them to make the zenon headlamps less harsh.

Certainly to install HID's you should remove the bumper and headlight assembly to install the ballasts in a good protected location.
