3.5 swap: Modifying fuel line

I got my fuel lines modified for 3.5 use. As you can see in the picture, my fuel line goes from fuel filter to T-connector and one leg goes to unmodified 3.5 fuel rail and other leg goes to a FPR, and there to return line back to fuel tank. I have question on FPR, I bought the eBay FPR, and I have this one barb fitting on FPR that nothing conects to (Picture 2). I think a hose needs to be connected, but I don't know which one. Also I do not know how to change pressure on it. FPR did not come with instructions and seller has no idea about what he's selling. Also on picture 3, did I have right hose connected to it? The hose goes back of the car with fuel lines and I have no idea what kind of hose it is.

I'm running an Aeromotive FPR and have one of the outlets capped with the proper AN fitting. As for adjusting, you would loosen the nut on top and then use a hex wrench to increase or decrease the fuel pressure. Lastly, tighten the nut to maintain the pressure setting (s/b 51 psi). Someone chime in if I'm wrong. Good luck...I learned the hard way (OBX = crap) via Ebay on this part of the swap.

You need to connect a regular 5/16" Vaccum hose to it. Any vaccum source will do. Without vaccum it wont work.

The third is the line that goes to one of the OEM EVAP things on the top of your manifold. I dont see any of that.

Im looking at your pics and I dont see the return line for fuel ?? Is it correct that your feed line is going to your rear injectors firs ?? Maybe its different on the 3.5 fuel rail but on the 3.0 I have it set up TANK====FUEL FILTER=====FRONT FUEL RAIL====AROUND THE FUEL OUT THE REAR FUEL RAIL======FPR======RETURN TANK

I dont think you should be "T-ing" off for your FRP...If it were me, it would be in-line with everything

The 3.5 fuel rail has no provisions for a return line. This is why you must tee off of the FPR before the fuel rail and run that tee'd line to the stock return line.

To the OP, that barb/fitting thing is where a vacuum line goes.

And you don't need to connect it to vaccum for the FPR to function properly.

All these ebay FPR's are driving me nuts. Spend the money, and get a good FPR. I've seen 3 guys with ebay FPR's have problems. Pay the money for the SARD or NISMO one.

The FPR will operate fine. The fuel pressure just won't rise as vacuum goes down is all. It'll stay at a constant pressure, more or less.

my experience with it is that the pressure goes down when you floor the car with the vaccum not connected and with it connected it stays the same. using the same fpr. You turn the hex screw at the top to control the pressure.
