Just received/installed new tires today
I know this is a little weird for a thread but thought I'd make one for those of you who are looking for tires but dont know what to get.
So...for the past year or so I've been drooling over a set of Goodyear Assurance TripleTred tires which I first got a feel of when I used to work at FedEx and would handle many of them and they felt grippy and looked em' up on tire rack. I finally was able to buy them this week and installed them today as soon as they arrived (thanks to Brians uncle) and from all the reviews I've read everywhere, I definately have to say they are all true. Not overrated at all!
Havent broken them in yet but they seem to corner pretty well even at faster than normal speed in the rain. They feel very responsive compared to my old Michellin XGT4 which are $158 per tire. Just thought I'd recommend them to those people looking for something thats all season but looks well with and can perform excellent in any weather. Price might be a little steep but I think they're definately worth it so far. Tirerack price is $117 which is ok compared to every other major tire shop around here.
Sorry for the long reduntant pointless thread.
What tires do you have on your Maxima?
