light blinking fast

My turn signals and flashers are flashing many times faster than normal speed when turned on. It just started happening and I checked the fuse box and looked for bulbs out but there's none. It seems to blinking faster when the engine is on and the speed varies. Anybody knows something?

Most likely one of your turn signal bulbs has burned out.

Most likely a bulb. Check the little wire thing inside your bulbs to make sure it's still attached. Sometimes bulbs still work when before they burn out.

I had the same problem on my old car ... it would blink fast but the lights would still work , then sometimes it would work fine a week later ... my bulb was just loose.

Check you battery terminal connections for being clean and tight, but it sounds like it may be the alternator (regulator) going south. Put a voltmeter across the battery terminals and check the voltage for being about 12.5 to no more than about 14.8 when you vary the engine RPM.

That stuff works awesome. It's hard to find but well worth the effort once you do find it. You should also probably change the blinker fluid filter while your at it.
