Need Help, Cold Start Issues

Help,
I thought i had gotten rid of all my engine bugs last winter. Turns out i didnt. Same thing happens every winter, temperature drops down past freezing and the car has trouble starting. When it does the motor sputters and will die if u do not keep the rpms up. Here is the shizzy on what ive done to try and fix the issue.

2000 Maxima SE auto w/ 130k miles
Replaced MAF Sensor
Tune up
Replaced all 6 ignition coils with new ones

Im clueless now, do u guys have any suggestions?
Could this have something to do with the O2 Sensors?
The local Nissan dealership is no help, they said it was the ignition coils. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone had this problem?

Thanx

Wait...if its below freezing outside wouldn't your gas lines freeze at some point? I'm in Southern Cali so I don't really have the experience with this issue, but logic suggests your gas is frozen in a line somewhere. I would try one of the de-icing agent that you can add to the fuel to see if that helps.

pure unleaded gas won't freeze naturally on this planet... roughly -97 F please correct me if my figures are off. especially with 10% ethanol and since gas tanks (at least or maximas and anything in the last 15+ years) are not vented directly into the air

you guys need to do some research cause I personally responded to this similar question 1 day ago or two.... IACV replace it most likely... will not throw a code... if you wait to much longer it will stall while driving when engine idles... (clutch in) no matter the speed... not discluding the possible short you may cause your ecu to have causing a replacement price of upwards of 1,000

iacv = around 200 bucks
