Hesitation and misfire on cyl 6

I'm getting a lot of hesitation between 2000-3500 rpm but while its hesitating if you floor it then it accelerates descent. Well I pulled up a code with a misfire on cyl 6 and I thought it was the plugs Ive changed them and I also swapped around the coil packs from cyl 1 to cyl 6 reset the ecu and i'm still getting the same code. I checked the resistance on the front 3 injectors it seems the same all across the board. What could be the problem. Any in put will help.

Note that the hesitation does not happen all the time. If I start the car drive it for 30 min and turn it off and start it again then the hesitation happens. On first start its fine though.

Thanks
Alex

YOu may want to check the wiring on the coil connector. If you swapped it to good know coil then I would say it would have to be in the wiring or bad ecu. let me know what you come up with

It might be an ecu ill put back my 97 manual and Ill check and as far as wires i looked at the connector it seemed fine on the coil i havent replaced it its the same from 3.0. The only thing i changed was the injector wires I checked that they seem to be pulsating with out a problem.
