HID fog-light install

So I just purchased a set of Techone 3k fog-lights and the bulb itself fits, but the wiring is confusing me...can someone please help me out? Here are some pics and questions below them.

Is there a way to make those wires fit without cutting into the cover? If not then please explain on how to cut the cover.

Where would I stuff those wires? Do I let them dangle free, or are they supposed to fit in the little area that the bulb is in as well?

I'm pretty sure that the black wire goes into the little black rectangular looking thing that is behind the cover...but where does the red wire go?

Finally, as simple as this may seen to some, it's kind of confusing to me. Where and how do I mount the ballast without it falling since it seems to weigh at least a few pounds.

And are there any other things that I shoud worry about?

Thanks a lot guys
Dan

for the ballasts mount the with 3m double sided tape . Look for a nice spot that the ballast will fit nicely. its like putting a fail safe on a rc car and finding where it would be mounted the best

cut rubber **** off, drill hole just bairly big enough for both wires in the plastic cap, stick wires through, add some silicone around them to seal it up.

The red wire connects to the wire with the fuzzy white cover that clips to the metal housing of the light. Don't cut this wire just trim back the covering and splice the bulbs red wire to it. Your right about the black wire it plugs into the black plastic connector. You are going to have to drill through the cap and cut the bulb's red and black wire, fish then through the cap then resplice them.
