Snow Tire Rim Question

Will 16" rims work on my 2004 SE? I was told that 17" is the smallest size rim that will get around the brakes but there are some G35 sedans which use 16" rims for their snows......

NO and NO and again NO. Only 17 inches and make sure you get something good like Michelin X-ice or you will be waisting time and money.

I know...I live in the " great white north" .

Just wanted to confirm what I heard....funny that 16's will fit on the G35 sedan's as one would think that the calipers would be the same size as the Max.

Thanks to all that replied....

G35s are smaller than the Maxima. Closer in size to an Altima. It doesn't surprise me that they would take a 16" wheel.
