-blue lights for all interior lights except under each button for manual climate control (those will be white)

You definitely will be getting new struts soon if you're running lowering springs on the stock struts

I would start with those.

I would also focus on outstanding maintenance issues, if any, before going overboard.

Save your money and the trouble and buy a G35 6mt

 

That would be a lot more than doing both swaps on his 4th gen.
