The Fidanza Flywheel I ordered that I never Got

I ordered a Fidanza Flywheel from Custom Enterprise on December 9 I have not yet got it. They don't anwser phones or return emails never even sent me a email confirming my order. I know it went through because the money was taken out of checking account a Couple days later. What should I do?

From what I've been reading about CE. Looks like they are collecting money and forgeting thier obligation.

Sucks man, the flywheel is fuuuuun. Btw how much was it?
