For about the last month i've been looking for some new headlight and corner light bulbs and I want them to be a hyper white bluish color. BUT I WANT THEM TO MATCH!!! What do you guys put on you Maximas. Give Brand, Bulb number, and try and show some pics so I can get an idea. THANKS!!!

 

I tried many combinations and never got any bulbs to match. I have ran silverstars, cool blues, wagner truviews, & APC hypers for headlights. along with those i have tried chrome dipped 1157's (auto zone), APC hypers, xenon lighting (wal-mart) and none of the setups matched at all. finally i put sylvania silverstar 1157's (look blue when off, amber when lit). the contrast looks good i think. i now have 8000K HID's ( www.xenondepot.com ) with APC Xenon ambers and they have a great contrast. if you have clear headlights and corners, it makes it much easier to match them up. good luck bro.

hahaha nice pic in signature.. I was like, holy shiat, this guy's maxima looks like mine and his neighbourhood looks like mine.. oh wait, that is my maxima.. hahaha btw, the headlights in that pic, I am running HID's..

as for matching bulbs, good luck... I was lucky enough to be able to match the oranges on my max ( all the oranges front and back are equal output)..

but trying to get the same "tone/light output" with "hyper white bulbs" is harder... may I suggest sticking with one company ( meaning silverstars all around?)

 

just replaced mine with sylvania xtra vision and amber corners! bright and looks awsome! (ide go take a pic, but its the day)

are the silver dipped amber light APC bulbs are any good????

and where could i get my hands onto the blue glass amber light bulbs???

 

ive heard good things about nokya bulbs. I am personally running silverstars on my 5spd, on my auto i have philips crystal vision, im very happy with those too, 30CAD for 2 bulbs and they have already lasted longer then my silverstars. Ill be using those from now on.

 

amber corners own (yes Im running blue right now, to lazy to go to walmart), and silverstar for corners...or better yet....HID's....dun dun dun
