1. put front of car up on ramps
2. put e-brake on
3. unscrew all the bolts holding the plastic liner under the front of the car to the bumper cover
4. you should be able to access the bottom of the metal bumper behind the bumper cover.
5. drill holes as needed.

I've mounted aftermarket fog lights in the lower outer grill holes before on my 95. Not that hard. Only annoying part is that the driver's side has a little air intake thing that doesn leave much room to work.

I think Ruthless is talking about putting them in the normal OEM fog light openings. However, only the SE models came with these openings.

So unless you want to cut out the openings on your GXE, you'll need to drill some mounting holes into the metal bumper behind the cover.

OK..lemme try again.. obviously a visual person.

Red circles are where stock fogs lights would be on an SE model.

GXE and GLE models did not come with fog lights.

Behind the bumper cover is a metal bumper beam. What I did was open the plastic under the bumper in order to get to this beam and then drill holes in it to install aftermarket fog lights so they showed through the lower grill hole circled in green.

Measure the width of the opening before you go buy the lights.

I think the openings farthest out (green circles) are pretty small and will only fit small (3") round or square lights.

Also, just a side note:
Some people just mount the lights on the underside of the bumper cover, but that makes it easy to steal the lights.
That's why installed mine on the metal beam instead. A bit more trouble, but way more secure.

after the holes are drilled, did you guys need to make the threading on the metal beam for the screws to secure the fog lights to hold?

But they are 5.4 inches wide, which may cause some trouble since there are those vertical bars in that opening. I found some small projector fog lights that fit nice.
I didn't use the supplied hardware (screws). I actually bought some bolts and nuts and mounted then with those to the bumper plastic. They feel more secure then what they would have been.
Also a tip about keeping them level, put some washers under the bracket through the bolt/screw to keep it level and then mount it.
That helped me. Hope it helps you.

5101: The lights you are looking at may be too wide for the opening unless you cut out the plastic vertical bars.

zeeman: no I didn't need to thread the drilled holes. just drill the hole a little smaller than the screw and put some muscle into it.

I searched the internet to find this for you, since I don't have any paper work anymore. Here it is: PL-720B PILOT FOG LIGHT AMBER
And here is what they look like:
http://www.audiowarehouse.peachhost....R179892084.htm
But I didn't get them there, too expensive. Do you have an Autozone close? If so, they can order them for you and it should cost around $40.
Hope that helps. Dave

Is there a reason why you want projector fogs? I'm a fan of driving lights, you can always point them downwards are crossed if you need them for fog. I have these on my car:
