Lost All My Keys. Please Help!!

I lost all my keys to my 99 nissan maxima. and i have read that there is a transponder in there. do i need the car to actually be there with me for them to program the chip to my car?

Is your car unlocked?
Is there a way to get to your registration?
All you need to do is get your registration and bring it to the dealership, they'll cut you a new key.

99's have a chipped key. The car needs to be at the dealer to get the key programmed.
