throttle body spacer

does anyone know if there is any sort of patent on a throttle body spacer for a vq30 (4th gen at least). thinking about making them. thanks guys.

no body makes them, there wouldnt be much of a gain if any on an N/A car, and if your boosted you'll want a bigger TB anyway.
