Strut Mounting bearing replacement???

I wanted to see if anyone has done this. Im about to change both of them in the front suspension because after I put on my illuminas and progress springs Im getting that "Clunking" noise when I turn to much. I found the website on how to do it, http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/703 but it says to "Be careful on what type of grease you use", but never says which one he used. So for the people that have done this replacement, do any of you know what type of grease I should use? Like a brand name? or a special type?

Thanks...

Towards the bottom of the website u posted, it reads:
UPDATE:
Do not try to re-grease the bearings. I did, and it lasted 10 months, and the same noise came back. Spend the $40, and it is fixed for the life of the car.
I bought new ones. I tried cleaning the grease off the old one cuz I didn't wanna mix old and new grease. But if you've used plastic containers to hold greasy leftover foods, you'll understand how difficult it is to get all the grease out. Even after I did that, I couldn't find any thin slick grease that would stay put... I was thinking of something silicon, but it wasn't as slick as the new bearing I ended up using. Sorry I can't be of more help, I can only recommend getting a new bearing.

Yeah, I just saw that. I guess I interpreted it wrong. I just wanted to make sure that those that have bought the new ones didn't use grease, that they just replaced them straight up and it fixed the problem...

I used lithium several times and never had a problem. Don't remove the old stuff- just add lithium to it and re-install.

If I were you, I'd check to be sure that the springs are clocked correctly and that the top mounts are in the right position. We forgot to do that when we lowered the '00 and it was a heck of a racket. 15 minutes of adjusting the top mount to the correct position and all was well with the world.
