These are gun metal in color (more like the dark hyper black look). Absolutely nothing wrong with them.

ah stupid me. I managed to somehow yank one of the wire loose so you'll need to solder 1 tiny little wire back to the base of the tails. BEAUSE OF THIS MINOR SET-BACK (and since I don't have any soldering tools), I'll let these go for $70 picked up, $80 shipped.
