Hissing sound from rear speaker
I noticed an intermitant hiss from my rear speaker (I'm guessing here) yesterday. It would hiss for about 2 seconds, stop and do it again about 5-7 seconds later.
I shut of all systems to try and issolate it (including the stereo) and it continued.
Pretty strange. It did stop after about 15 minutes.
Anyone else experience this noise.
And yes all windows were rolled up and the climate control was off.

Havn't experienced it first hand, Bose or normal? Have you had an accident cause on my dads Chrysler after he had an accident the left rear speaker totally hisses at any level of bass.
If it starts to hiss again try to see whether or not its when there is bass, like put it on a rap station and see if it hisses more or less, if it hisses more I would reccomend you putting a bass blocker onto that speaker so youll have bass in all the others except that one, that is if you decide not to replace the whole thing.
