hooking 2 amps up to 1 sub

i have a question, i have a kicker zx700.5 its 4x70 watts and 1x210watts now i was thinking about adding 2 component speakers to my kick panels and leaveing the door speakers in, so if i got a kicker zx550.3 wich is 2x70 and 210x1 then got a dual 2 ohm sub, i could hook each voice coil up to seperate amps? or is that a bad idea? if it is ill just get a 2 channel amp for the kick panels.

You could do that, but you'd want to be sure to match the levels of those two channels.......
