i just got a sweet clarion vrx755vd from nubiannupe to replace my stock bose. i was originally planning on going with a microvision monitor and a plain radio, but now that i have this one, i need to fill the hole up. i already have a cd pocket type of filler, but i think it looks butt. what re your suggestions?

 

keep your cd pocket for now, save for a double din

i have a 700-1400 radio, why would i buy a double din? if i did wanna change it then i would do what i stated above, a microvision monitor and a plain radio. people need to learn to read before opening their mouths.

You could go to a junkyard and get the OEM pocket. Here is a couple shots of mine, not the best though....

i was debating making a plate to put my hydraulic switches on under the radio, i'm not sure if there'll be enough clearance to use them without hitting the radio

That will fill the 1/4" gap directly under the radio I guess I have an after market pocket now?
