So i've been thinking, and correct me if im wrong, but the Vq30 has a compression ratio of 10.0:1 Not bad, but im sure the car on 93 could run higher, closer to 11 without problem. Any semi-easy ways to accomplish this?
And seccondly there isn't any way to easily advance timing is there?
Thanks, and sorry if these questions suck

lol, yes do some reading. EU is always being spoken about. It has nothing to do with if its ok to use on a daily driver (if you dont make any corrections and leave all the stock ECU's settings, then nothing is changing, and your car will run as if the EU isnt there at all).
Raised compression was talked about within a month from now on a possible all motor build thread that someone started here, so you can find info on that there.

There are certain items that are viable 'mods', i.e P&P/any type of headwork, cams, upping CR and I'm sure there are others that I have missed.
The point of the matter is, 98% of us still have not reached our full N/A potential as is. (i.e stock cams/heads/CR).
So unless you're nearly there (stock hardware limits) IMO, there is no reason at all to dive into 'radical' mods such as the aforementioned items.
