Removed Intake Manifold Collector. What should I replace?

First of all, I removed my intake manifold collector because I need to
replace the collector, valve cover and intake gaskets. I'm also
having an intermittent stalling issue which I posted about a few weeks
ago. From what I've read, I need to clean the IACV valve and clean
out the EGR pipe. Other possible problems may be the injector/coil
packs/maf.

My question is, since I have everything off and not breaking the bank,
what other gaskets and/or sensors do you suggests I replace? Here's
my list so far:

- Valve cover gasket (both)
- Intake manifold gasket
- Intake manifold collector gasket
- IACV valve gasket
- TB gasket
- EGR guide tube gaskets (2)
- Injector o-rings (for all 6 injectors)
- Knock sensor
- EGR valve
- EGR valve seal (got from another post)??
- Plug o-rings (got from another post)??
- O-rings for coil packs??

The last 3 with ?? I got from reading other threads and thought I'd
list them even though I don't know what they are. Please comment on
the items I have listed as well.

Btw, regarding my stalling issue, I'm not getting any CEL or codes.
