00VI, JWT ecu and VAFCII question

I am putting an 00VI on my 95 maxima. I have printed out Jime's wiring instructions for a SAFCII...from what I have found these are the same instructions I can use for the VAFCII...is this correct? Also, which wire do I hook to VAIS on the 00VI? Finally I am planning on using 5th gen injectors in the rear so this will make my car run a little rich. I am running a JWT ecu and I would like to be able to make fuel corrections on the VAFC to correct the rich sitiuation that would be cause from the larger injectors. Can this work? From what I have read some people said it would not help anything and others said that it should not be done since JWT has adjusted the timing in there program. Any help you can give me with this sitiuation is appreciated.

There are other threads, but this one proves it just as good as any other.

I dont think its a good idea to run two different size injectors for each bank of the engine. You'll have uneven mixtures bet'n the two banks. I would just either stick to all 4th gen injectors, or all 5th gen injectors.

But even so, why change the injectors for the purpose of running richer? Thats what the VAFC if for

Pretty sure that is what he means, in which case he shouldn't have any problems.

Damnit. I didn't catch that. VAFC will only control MAF signal, and not injector pulse.

EU can control injectors, don't do it. Jut find 3 cheap like injectors.

Yeah Carson, ask Jason next time.

the vafc is now in the car and the car is still running so that's a good sign. Hopefully the 00VI will be on next weekend and I can start tuning. Does anyone have recomended settings for the VAFC (i.e. minus what percentage to comensate for the larger injectors) that could get my by until I get to the dyno?

It's best not to play w/ those parameters until you have an accurate away of reading AFR.

Have you looked into getting a wb?

No but I probably should since I have two maximas that will require tuning. Any advice on which ones to look at?
