I tried looking elsewhere but couldn't get the info I needed so came here. I need to know if the 95-99 maxima starters are interchangable. My mom needs a new starter and I found a remanufactured one on ebay that says it fits 95 and 96 maximas and she has a 98. So I want to make sure it will fit before I bid on it. Thanks

Don't bid on one from Ebay. You get no warranty and have no idea what you are getting. Find a local rebuilding shop or shell out the extra cash for one from Autozone. Usually not a fan of stuff from pepboys/autozone but for lifetime warranty, you cant really go wrong.

 

its not an expensive part... i got mine for $100 CDN... u can install it urself... very easy...
