When i step on the gas my car is soo sluggish and it also idles at 2K rpm i whent to the mechanic he told me i need to replace the Idle Control Valve, found one for 178$, i nkow its not my knock senosr or my 02 senors those where all replaced and i replaced the PVC valve if its not a ICV im thinking it could be the EGR temp sensor or somthing. what you guys think.

 

dont replace the IAC Valve. Clean it first. and the TB. use new gaskets. Check/change your plugs and make sure they are gapped properly. You could also do a piston soak to ensure deposits arent robbing you of compression. either a piston soak or a Redline SI-1 fuel treatment (slow safer choice).
