Best way to install an OEM spoiler?

whats the best way/process to install an OEM spoiler on a non spoilered trunk?
aren't some of the structural members in the way of where the bolts would be going?

buy a trunk with a spoiler on it. there are holes for 2 grommets on each side, plus the four in the middle. the gromets have to be perfectly centerered or it's not going to fit. on top of that the groomets are like 5 bucks a piece(2 on each side of the trunk, 2 on each side of the spoiler, so 8 in total)

dont get me wrong, can it be done? yes, but its not as simple as a honda where the trunk is universal(i did one on my friends accord, factory spoier, came with a template for the trunk where to drill the holes and everything. i dont think that's the case with nissan.

there was a thought of making a template off a car at the junk yard, but the thought was as far as that one got.
