I have found that if you have hard water, use Meguiar's NXT, otherwise Gold Class works perfect!

I used Blue Coral Wash & Wax for a while, very good product. Then decided to try a smaller bottle that costs about the same:

RainX Wash & Wax
This stuff is the best car wash you can get, I can assure anyone the shine is blinding...the thing is just beautiful. And when it rains, you see the water rolls off nicely, doesn't stick to the paint. I have used it for the last 2 years and won't switch to any other wash product...Period!

Geeze guys....whatever is on sale and is a good quality product. I've used tons of products, Meguires, Eagle One, etc...they all work well. I wouldn't say any one is better than the other.

What I don't go in for is an "all in one" type of product that supposibly waxes and washes at the same time. Anything with wax beads in it is also suspect.

I don't think it matters what you use. It's what you do afterwwards that matters more.

I just clayed and waxed my car about 2 weeks ago with Meguiar's products. Looked super nice, beautiful thing!!! It has rained like a mother down here; of course, after I cleaned the car!!!

My next car wash will be with, you guessed it, RainX Wash & Wax. Will let you know what happens with my wax, in other words, what will it do to my hard work. I'll post the results!

Whatever is the cheapest? Unless you're going for quality.

Oh SH*T! I thought you were serious! So thats what caused my paint to turn yellow?!?

Just kidding...Ive used Blue Coral and Turtle Wax. Like the TW better though, the soap stays sudsier longer...and it feels smother.

I just use Meguiars Deep Crystal. Good stuff, just make sure you use a good sponge and the 2-bucket method....

Duragloss #901 They should have it at your local Car Quest. It's the best stuff I have used.
