Tough Choice To Make....

Need some opinions...
A neighbor of mine has a 1993 Silver 300ZX TT. He hasn't driven it in 3 months due to back problems. I was talking to him about it the other day and he said he wants to get something to replace that is larger, but he still wants a 5-spd. I showed him my car and he loved it. He said that he would trade his car for mine! I said whatever, you can get sell that one and get one with more options for the money. He said he wants the car to go to someone who would take good care of it. What should I do? It sounds crazy to me, but I am not going to question it. Oh, I forgot to include some VERY important "features" this car has:
1) never been driven in the rain
2) only has 32,000 miles
3) 5-spd
4) cloth interior
5) all stock
I think I am going to do it.

I think that
Its a no-brainer! That much TLC on the car...just have it checked out anyway. If its be sitting, expecially in one spot (read: flat spotted tires), you might want to check all rubber parts and such. Its worse for a car to sit than drive.
But overall sounds pretty even, check the value of the 'Z' to make sure your not short-changed! Enjoy!
