Key fob. What are our options

Can we use any other key fobs for our cars? later max ones maybe? or are we stuck with the original ones?

Also whats the part # for the infiniti ones, and are they the same as the nissan ones.

Any reccomendations on whrere to buy a new one as i broke mine?

Thanks

There was someone in this forum or possibly the 5th gen that had over 50 for sale. I also saw alot on Ebay too, they were priced at $25.

I'm not sure what the i30 part number is, but I can tell you that they definitely do work with the maximas. That's what I'm using right now for my car. So a maxima remote should work with an i30 as well. I recall reading that the 5th gen remote will not work.

I think that fanaticrockford has some because he has some parts cars to get them from. Also look in the 4th gen classifieds theres bound to be some popping up on there.
