whats to come of my max....

I just recently sold the 95 I had, and got a 97 for dirt cheap. car is clean.
heres what i have planned for it:

set of Kazera Wheels 17"
Kumho Ecsta tires
(paid 149 for the combo off of ebay, now to go pick it up in connecticut...)
Pioneer AVIC-D3 head unit
JL ZR components in the fron and XRs in the rear
2 12w3's
500:1 JL amp for subs
450:4 amp for speakers
Viper 7900 alarm and remote start.
tint all around

all that stuff should be done by end of june, hopefully by the end of the summer ill also have the following:
new suspension (im thinking tokico and eibach)
possibly a cold air intake
maybe some obx headers
and possibly a nice exhaust system.

if anyone has any opinions or suggestions for the stuff thats coming later, they are greatly appreciated.

thanks,
dosmoney

ps: pics before, after and during coming soon.

what's the point of this thread? You just want approval on your modding plans? IMO that's a lot of money and mod from now till June. Def over $1g by the end of the summer. I think you should worry about maintenance first, then drop it, and go from there. I wouldn't put rims on for the whole summer without a drop first. Looks awful. My $.02

i'd go with 18's. You also forgot the Y-pipe, a must have for the max

well remember 1 owner doesnt mean much. You should still make sure everything is checked. If it's 1 owner, they may not have changed any of the things that can cause problems. KS, PCV, plugs, coils, etc, etc. The point is that you should make positive the car is in great running condition and will stay that way before throwing out your money on all the mods. What are mods worth if the car has issues after adding them. If you're not worried about performance then get 18's otherwise 17's.

ive done my homework on the car. my dad bought it a year ago, hes a used car dealer and it was his personal ride, its in tip top shape. and the reason i went with the wheel/tire combo is because i got all 4 wheels and tires (with about 1/4" tread left) for 149 bucks

you need to do some research. These questions have been answered time and again. There is a whole section for exhaust stuff, and you can find plenty of info on CAI. I understand you want some help on direction but you should really know do some research too.
