Racingline endlinks...
Racingline endlinks...
...is it possible that theses could be "blown?" They were causing massive squeaking from the rear of the car and when I took them off, it stopped. I lubed them up (bushings and bearings) and the sound went away, but I still hear it randomly through turns or bumps...

Just a thought.
spring seats?
Alls I know is that when I put them back in the squeaking most definitely came back!
I think I might just get the OEM endlinks since these will rust to **** and the bushings are probably what is causing the squeaking.

I just purchased a progress rsb ,racline endlinks , and energy suspension endlink bushing kit p/n 98105 / universal sway bar greaseable kit 24mm p/n 95160. Just go to their website energysuspensions.com click searchenter the p/n and your be able to see a pic. I have teh 24mm bar they have universal applications for all diameter size bars. Thye also sell the lube reasonably priced.
Ya well today I went under the car again and took my endlinks off and wiggled the sway bar itself and it's the sway bar bushings that are making the noise! Has anyone upgraded the bushings in the sway bar?

So what is the main purpose of the energy bushings, just stiffer and hold more stress?
mightymax5 said that he bought bushings for the sway-bar, so I would assume that they do have them. I was looking at their website and they have many universal bushings that have 2 different types of clamps that they will fit in and they have greaseable and non-greaseable ones! (what's the difference between greaseable and non-greaseable...benefits?)

One is meant to be greased, like ours and yes they do make a universal 24 mm for the chasis bushing. i initially looked into the ES for stiffer bushnigs. Get the 9.8106 and you will see. use the washers from the 9.8105. i have a link for the before and after pics on here to started by kamski.
Just want to make sure...the PROGRESS rsb is 24mm or 25mm? And why would I want to mix and match the front bushings with the rear washers? I was just planning on getting the rear bushings/washers for the rears and keeping them in the REAR.
If someone could just clarify the size of the progress bar, then that would be great, and those endlink bushings will work fine on the Racingline endlinks, correct?

The bushings on the 9.8105 are an 1/8" larger than the 9.8106. You will have to increase the size of your bolt. you will need the washers because you wont find one at a hardware store strong enough. im sure you will be fine on the 9.8105 though, just havent tested that one. Check progresses site and they will confirm the 24" bar.
