Rear Bumper

I've got scratches, nicks, and chipped paint on my rear bumper. Should I sand it and prime/paint, or buy a new one?

Also what paint should I use?

Depends how deap the nicks are. They might not be able to be sanded out and will just show through when you put on the new paint.

May need to start with a new bumper, fresh.
