other use for "Glass sience" rain repellent GEL

So when I washed the car last week I decided to throw a coat of rain repellent ont he windsheild. I have a brand called glass science, they also make a few other things for glass like glass scrub. They come in tubes, not bottles. Anyway, a little of this stuff goes a long way b/c its a gel. So i used what was left on my applicator and did my side windows as well. let me tell you, if you are looking for your glass to have the shine of freshly detailed paint, use this stuff as a topper on the windows. As far as longevity- I don't know. My car now has alot of pollen on it, i will let you know the next time I wash if the sparkle on the glass is still there. Basically, it makes your clean windows look like they have coats of carnuba on them. I also used it on allo my plastic light lenses as well and the reds got deeper and the plastic got super clear. My headlights were not hazy to start with so I cannot commment on wether or not this thing will remove hazing. I was guess that it is nothing more than a high tech filler wich is what is making the plastics seem shiney and new. I did my radio facelplate and gauge cluster too! My gauge cluster looks like there isnt even any plastic in front.AWESOME PRODUCT! I got it at Strauss.
