when changing head units..

when changing head units..

when changing head units, do i have to take the wood trim off of the shifter, and take out the cigarette lighter? or can i just take out the air vents and stuff like other cars? thanks.

Yes, b/c you have to unscrew the ashtray to unscrew the radio bracket.
