Power seat height adjustment broken - stripped gear?

Searched and couldn't find the info...

What part(s) are required to fix the power seat height adjustment? I remember reading that it's just a stripped plastic gear. Can I order this from the dealer and install it? Is it hard to install?

I found the TSB that covers this problem. Does anyone have access to the full text of the TSB? I need to know what parts are needed.

Even though I seem to be having a conversation with myself, I thought I would post an update.

I found the TSB here: http://maxima.theowensfamily.com/tsb/NTB97-046a.pdf

I called my local dealer, and the part (87450-49U40) is $800+. I can get an entire set of seats for that. Any way I can just get the stripped gear?
