Help: Car Wont Start (dek Swap)

ok heres the deal....i went out to the store and got supplies for the radiator fan mod to have manual control of the fans. On the way home i noticed that when i would try to go full throttle it wouldn't go above 2800rpm.....little odd, but thats happened to me before and i would turn off my car and crank it back up and it worked totally normal. Now after doing the mod i think i fried the inhibitor clutch lockup relay so the car wouldn't crank even when i tried to jump it. I used 16ga. wire to close the circuit to see if the car would start. It cranks but doesn't start. Does that relay have anything to do with fuel? I was thinking my FF could have taken a crap, but y now? I don't think the mod had anything to do with that other than me not disconnecting the battery which is why i think i burned up the relay. So what do you think?

Did you reconnect the fans to see if that helps? The clutch interlock relay is not controlled by the ECM but the fans are controlled by the ECM.

The fans are not only used for coolant but also used for the A/C to reduce the high side pressure (freon). I would not mess with manual fan control.

did you ground the two grounds that go to the DE Lower intake manifold. That might be the culprit.

edit.: I see you already got it started. Is there any way that maybe you can hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see if you are getting pressure?
