It should work on a 2000 as well, but don't quote me on it. Soonerfan used a Berk intake from his 2000 on his 2002 and it worked fine.

I'm selling this because I went back to the modified stock airbox (aka "ghetto" air box or GAB, which is the stock airbox with part of the lid hacked off. More information on this is in the 5th Gen How-Tos if you need it.).

Nope, because then it would be pretty tough to sell the rest of the parts. Unless you want to pay $80 for the midpipe.
