Hi---Grandparents have a 96 Villager---
She wan'ts a CD Player--I want to get her OEM cuz they are easier to use with larger buttons, etc...
anyhow.... the harness on the Villager/Quest
is it a Ford Radio or Nissan Radio?
Or did they separate them respectively?
thanks

Yes, like stated above, it's a Ford based stereo, however, when I priced an OEM single-disc player for it, it was around 700 dollars. So I waited, and eventually our stock Quest radio broke then went aftermarket. Got a whole new deck w/changer for less than 600.

I realise I could get a lot better aftermarket cheaper--but there are OEM ones on eBay at decent prices -- I want to stick with OEM because it's for my Grandmother & I had enough trouble teaching her to use the timer on the VCR -- I tell her she's electronic incompatible all the time. The Aftermarket decks all of small buttons and odd placement.
thanks tho
