active tuning grill or street scene grill?

Just ordered a street scene grill instead of the active tuning grill...

1- cause of the price difference

2- I hear of the color not always matching quite right when you have active tuning paint the grill.

Was going to just prime the street scene grill then spray it flat black (I have a smoke grey max), but the more I look at the 2 grills the more i am having second thoughts.

Anyone have either grill? Experiences with either (ie. installation, color issues, quality issues, etc.) ?

I like them both. It was a money issue for me. On my car I think the chrome SS the extra amount of actual grill space it gives me looks good. On different color cars it might not go as well. Kinda depends on the theme of your car.

I love the way the Active Tuning Grill looks on the Maxima with the RLM front bumper, not to get off topic but how far off the ground does the RLM bumper sit compared to the OEM cause I know it would bottom out slighly in certain spots

i had the active tuning grill on my 04 before I sold it, I think that I had the first regular production one. I did have a small fittiment problem, but the guys at active stepped up and took care of the problem Immediately.

Guess I'm going to have to wait. Looked at all the available grills for the 07. Didn't really like the look of them though.
