mounting bosses for PS?

are the mounting bosses for the PS and AC on the upper oil pan? for the 3.5 upper pan

It looks like the compressor does, by the FSM. I know the PS has a bolt that goes through the timing cover, so I imagine it as well is mounted to the upper pan.
