Like Title states:

I have tried to check wires run from fogs to fuse box underhood, grounds, even changed out bulbs no luck.

Can someone plese point me in the right direction, its starting to aggrevate the life out of me.

What was the fix?

 

try some grease on the ends where it plugs up to the bulb
