... have any of you purchased one? How do you like it? Would you say it is accurate? Easy to use? What is the best price and place to get one? (Right now I have a best of $130 + shipping at turboimports.com). Maybe we can get Greg to do a group deal if enough of us are interested. Let me know how your experience(s) with it are. Thanks so much in advance guys. Have a great day.

Come on guys!

Jeez, I've never posted anything that received zero responces! Certainly someone has purchased a G-Tech Pro! Anyway, if you have never heard of it, check out some of the links:

RE: Telsa Electronics G-Tech/Pro Performance Meter...

www.PTuning.com - they have it for $139.99 shipped, and when you checkout use the code "ptnismo" and you will get an extra 5% off. From what I've heard its actually very accurate. I mean withing 1/10 of a second! They seem like a good investment for the money, but I really don't know. My neighbor has one and I've used it - its very simple and effective. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it is made out of cheap-looking shiny plastic. All the reviews I have read have been from very happy customers whom are content with its performance. The only problem I've heard it that it looks exactly like a radar detector, so you will get pulled over frequently if radar detectors are illegal in your state. Sucks for me down here in VA. Just trying to help .

Yah G-tech supposed to be accurate (maybe gives a little fast number sometimes) for the 0-60 and 1/4 features. Go with turboimports.com, their owner is very cool & professional

G-Tech is accurate. I ran my car in Jackson, SC and used the G-Tech to see how well it worked. I ran a 16.22 according to the track and a 16.28 according to the G-tech. Not sure how accurate as far as horsepower(it said I had 151).

Better yet if you need new tires, BF Goodrich (I think) is giving you one free if you buy a set of 4 tires from them (Not sure but they may have to be z-rated).

Thanks to all of you who replyed!

I really, really appreciate it. I'm sold! Thanks to all of those who gave first hand knowledge. I'll let you guys know how I like it. Vyrus, thanks a million man for the link to ptuning. I went there and did a "fake" checkout just to see if the code works and to see if I would get taxed. Code worked great and no tax! turboimport had no tax (I'm in CA) but they wanted $10 for shipping! So I ended up saving $7 overall. Thanks again everyone. Have a nice weekend.

I know it works with H rated tires. there's quite a list of tires that work for that deal. I bought my BFG HR4s, and then like 2 weeks later saw the add in a magazine. so I'd bought them right before the promo started. :-( I went ahead and filled out the form anyway, just in case. We'll see what happens. It sure sounds like fun!
