Weird sound from front suspension

I'm hearing a weird sound coming from the front suspension. I assumed that it was the struts and went ahead and installed some Tokico HP struts and springs, but its still making the sound. It almost sounds like the what CV joints make when they go bad, but not quite. Could it be the bushings? Any suggestions?

does this problem occurs when your turning the wheel, if so, you may want to change your strut bearings. That allows everything to spin more evenly, if thats bad, when you turn the wheel your springs will kind of start whining up until your hear a clunk and it unwhines, with a bad strut bearing, allot more tension will be added to the springs while turning that can be making a similar noise, however man you have to explain more.

I just had my wheel bearings done. They gave off a loud rumble as I drove and I thought it was tire roadnoise.
