How can i get more horse power with out having to spend alot

I have a 98 SE and was wondering what parts i could add to my car to get some horsepower without spending alot of money

Your best bet is to get a Y-pipe from Budget or Warpspeed. It will give you about 12-15 hp for about 250 bucks
