How Do I know if my car has helical limited slip???

How Do I know if my car has helical limited slip???

I have an 04 6 Speed, no Traction Control, How do I figure that out?

stop and proceed to make a 90 degree left or right turn. FLOOR it, and if you come back and see TWO tire marks, then you have an LSD, but if only one tire mark then you don't have one

edit-oh ya, and there's also the choice of giving your vin # to your local dealership, that's if you don't want to beat on it yourself

was there any specific dates to which one got a LSD?

Open the driver's door, look at the sill where the vehicle info sticker is. On the transmission part if it has the code RSXXXXH then it has the hlsd and if it has the code RSXXXXA then it has no hlsd.

I want to say that only a small amount of early 04' 6 spds
