Electrical buzz from tranny

Well recently my battery has been draining so i tore apart the insides cleaned all the grounds etc. no problem with battery or alternator. But i believe i have found the problem, when i turn the key to the on position i hear a buzzing noise coming from my front left wheel well (tranny)? when i disconnect a certain plug (yellow green grey red on top and black white blue on bottom) the noise stops, the wire is sheathed in a white wrap if that helps. other than havin to jump everytime i want to start after sitting for a while there is no problem.

any input would be greatly appreciated

thank you

that would be a solenoid in your tranny's valvebody. The plug you are unplugging goes to the drop resistor (you can also disconnect the tranny harness on the closest to the engine down under the EGR pipe.. that will stop the buzzing too). It's normal for this to occur, but I think your TPS is improperly calibrated because IIRC the noise wasn't supposed to happen unless the throttle was slightly open... and if the idle switch is ON, the noise should be silent.. I think.. So use ECM mode IV to test your TPS calibration.
