i paid for my purchase on july 23rd...waiting to this very day and still nothing. tried numerous pms/emails but no reply. can someone please try to get in contact with him?

 

Well he was active today, and he has been consistently posting the entire time period that has lapsed. Hope he resolves it.

bump for attention...i lost about 180 dollars to this person. paypal only got me 89 out of 275. hopefully ghostmax301 will chime in or finally reply to my messages/pm's. does anyone here know him in person? please help me out!!! I have bought and sold many things on the org and ebay. this is the first time something has gone seriously wrong.

The tracking number is BS. all he did was print the shipping label. 2 months is coming up and this user refuses to answer his emails/pm's.

Look in the DC section, he is normally very active there. I have met him before and he seems like a pretty honest person. He has helped me out when I have needed parts, though he is some times hard to get intouch with. Goodluck.

 

When you start having a lot of problems with a member like this, let a Moderator know about it. We do not allow people to remain on these forums when they rip other members off. I have sent a PM to Ghostmax301 and told him to take care of the situation.

I have been having the exact problems as well, although i only sent him $20, he first claimed to have sent the item twice, both times it got lost in the mail. then he said paypal would not let him give my money back so he would send me a money order. Well, almost 2 months and no money.

yea i know he has been on, it would be nice for him to reply to my messages, im starting to get pissed off and its not right for someone to steal from fellow orgers.

 

He just pm'ed me and 2 months ago i sent him $20, well he offered to send me $40 for compensation and I told him that if he sends me 40 i will just send him 20 back. I really appreciate the gesture, but i dont like taking what is not due to me.

I am not sure what his definition of "taken care of" is but apparently from the above thread he only confirms dealing with the $20 bucks.

At the time of the above thread he actually did finally contact me through PM. Moderator mtrai760 helped me get in contact with him.

When I finally established communication, he said he was not financially stable and needed a little more time to get funds together, what can I say? Now it has been another month and communication has gone out the window once again. I saved the PM's if you guys want more evidence.

I realized he is a young kid (19) so I gave him some slack...even after 2 months in September. Apparently he was "planning" to refund me by money order but to this day nothing has come in the mail. The least he can do is to send me my item...since shipping is less than my refund, but I just don't know. I send him a PM every 3-4 days. Asking for an update on the situation. I never get a reply. I have tried emailing him and those attempts are futile as well. And he is never on AIM. It it was a small sum on money I would have probably dropped it. But this is almost $200.

If possible, unlock that thread and let's get this mess cleared up.

I was under the impression my brother had all the info, but he didnt! I did the best i could to get things taken care of in a timely manner.Unfortunately i had to work all of this around my full schedule [trust me, thats a miracle in its self, ask anyone in the DC forum]. But in any case it's done now. Nightkid, you should receive yours at the latest WED, and rockfordmax Thurs. You were both sent money orders, that was the quickest way for me to get things out.
