I am considering getting the valvebody recalibrated. But I am still having some doubts about it. Since the valvebody recalibration changes the shift rate, then wouldn't the car have lesser high end power since the tanny shift through all the gears so quickly? I have an auto and I'm not aiming to get the quick 60s or 1/4 mile times. So is there any downside to getting the valvebody recalibrated? thanks

The VB mod does not affect gear ratios. It simply cuts down on the time during shifts. It will not have any affect on your top speed in each gear.

I think he wanted it recalibrated, not modded.
