Anyone with pics of a 35/20 tint job on a superblack?
Gonna get the windows done tommorow, and the place doesn't have anything between 35 & 20. I was gonna go all 20% but I think it'd cause too many problems. The range between 35 (fronts) and 20 (rears) looks kinda big but tints on a black car with black interior look darker anyway so I'm trying to decide if I should tell em to step off & find a better tint place or if I should just settle for 35 in front & 20 on the rears... Advice? I'm thinking of getting something like 30/25 or 30/20 instead.
No pics
But my rosewood 97SE looks great with 35% on the side windows and 20% on the rear window. The 20% rear window makes all the windows look darker than they really are. My only complaint is the 20% is so dark you can't even tell when the reverse lights are on. I've had no problems with law enforcement or inspection. Good Luck
Tinted is illegal where you are??
I have 5% all around, with 35% on the windshield. Dont know if its legal or not in Fl. I have never had any probs. I know some of the cop cars have some dark azz windows though. I agree with hardayz, that would look pretty sweet on black, and it would look a little darker. And having real dark tint sux sometimes cause ya cant see out of the damn windows at night. hehehe
check my website
I've got pictures of my car on the main page with 35 tint on all windows and 20 on the back. I have the same setup on my white car, which is on there along with my superblack SE.

I'd say go for it it looks good..
Unfortunately in my area (New Jerz) its illegal to have any tints on the front windows at all and cops are a PITA about it ..
so i got a light tint 30% ?
but if i could i'd get 15 all around or possibly darker.
